Dolphin Database Error fix

We're having a minor issue with what seems to be our database structure that I was wondering if we could pay you to fix. Here is the error message we are getting upon sign-up:


The user is registered in Dolphin ok but it seems like the error is stalling a few things. For example, we have Google map mods in the "my account" & "my profile" sections that don't work right away now when a new user signs up. But if you were to register, go to 'edit profile' and save...it starts working. So it seems like some things aren't being completed at registration.

I read somewhere it might be that the SQL query and the amount of columns in the db may not be matching up correctly.

We're needing this problem fixed ASAP.
