Event and Group Upgrades

I am looking to upgrade the groups and events area of dolphin. My site is not live yet - and I need this feature before I proceed.

I am not sure if it can be done - but this is what I would like -

i would like:
to have events for specific groups
to have groups be able to approve members
to have email communication between group members, and group admin to all members
to have email communication from event admin to all attendees
to have either a blog, or a way to post comments and info for both groups and events
to have a all members of a group automatically show up as friends when someone is approved for a group

ultimately - i would like better communication between group members and event attendees.

i did not put a budget as i have no idea what this might cost - but i understand it might be time consuming.
