i need simply a mod like this

just a little bit different
instead of the Send button i want to put an Banner. So if the user ones to send the message he has to click on the banner/ad
there should be the option to put more than one banner, so that always another banner comes up to send!
every user should get an free amount of shorts messages (sms) like lets say 30/Month or 30 after sign up or 2/day what ever but with the possibility to buy SMS packages like 100 / 200 and 500 afterwards and those just with a Send button without ad
