Job Description

does anyone know of a mod, or can create one, that will allow users to save notes about other peoples profiles, ie as they are browsing profiles, they can write notes about each person, maybe what they think of them etc.
the notes will only be viewable to the person writing them, and then an option for paid members to see what others have written about them (but without the users names...)
any ideas?
