I need some assistance here.
I am someone that definitely knows nothing about modifying code. But, I'm looking to start a social networking site and need to have it modified and give it a certain look.
I've looked at the popular social networking scripts out there and I've asked for quotes on having a site customized. I've had someone give me a quote of $1600 to do the entire site using their software and to have it mimic another site that I'm looking to emulate. Now, that's not bad, but I'm looking at a limited budget and need to keep costs way down.
Is there someone that can install and have Dolphin modified and customized for $500 or so and make it look like the one that I want?
