Hi help needed for Website Promotion, Optimisation, and Marketing. I need a profecional to have a look at my site somwone who can instal the neccsery mods and see what is needed to make this one a super mega site.

I am Belgium living in Spain at the Costa del Sol.

Let me try to explain what I woold like and the idee behind the-costasite
I would like to create a atrative commuity site for all non spanish residents (Dutch,English,Frensh,Rusian,Scandinavian...) in the costa del sol area (Andalucia Spain)the Costa del Sol Spain has a enormus amount of forren residents.
As I am absolutly not a webdisiner or webmaster, I need help on getting the site listed in the top google, msn, yahoo ect... Local marketing, most atractive webdisign and so on.
So I realy need somwane to take this out of my hands.

I would like to work on a montly budget ( between 100$ and 200$) and would by happy to comit for as long as it takes to get this project rolling.
I am verry commited to get this website the Nr.One on the costa del sol.
