Mod that allows members to charge to view videos

i want to give members the ability to make money by uploading their own videos. I would this section to be called "premium videos" and so on their profile page it would say "my videos" and "my premium videos". the premium videos would be accessed by members purchasing "credits" or "dollars". the member could decide which how much money/credits to charge for the video, and i would receive 50% off each transaction. this gives users the ability to make money and will create more site participation.

so a member for example, can purchase 25,50,100 credits for x amount of money. after they do that, their accounts will be credited with said credits, and they they'll be able to use the credits to buy videos for lets say 34 credits (whatever the person wants). those credits are deducted from the user's credits, until he/she has no more credits to spend...then he/she will have to buy more if they want to buy more movies.
