Several smaller issues

I have some smaller Issues that I would like fixed(Its takin me to long. And the forum seems queit dead right now, so not much help to get there).

1). Flash banner flashing problem:
The flash banner on home page issent working right. Especially in IE the placement of the pictures is rong. it In Firefox it flashes strange in the beginning.

2). Email login:
There is no problem loggin in with emails using the front pag. But emails cant be used to login through the link in upper right corner. I need this fixed(If its easyer to just link to the site member.php where email as login works just fine.)

3). Security
I need someone who knows a little more than me to take a look at my sites security situation. (Im not sure chmod is all correct set)

4). I want to allow the use of letters(and not just [0-9]) in the 2 CustomFieldValues thats awable in Classifields.
So first I changed all [0-9] inBxDolClassifieds.php to [a-zA-Z0-9_-] That worked fine now Im able to use letters.
But I need the danish letter æ/ø/å/ so now I added [a-zA-Z0-9_-æøå-] But still cant use æ/å/ø. I would like this fixed.

5). Clasifields/(Seek & Find)
Right now new posts are displayed at the buttom. I need them placed at top..
I know that you are really good at what you do, and probberbly you can fix this fore me quickly,...
And how much would your prize be fore this?
