Job Description

Actions Menu Not Showing on Guest(6.1.4)..... Older versions it was possible to view action menu when visiting page.... Now you cant.. and even though there is a option for guest or member on the action block. wont work(admin panel) Boonex.com - says "all actions links to define member (ID)" ... Is there any way to create a new block so visitors can at least view original size image and report image? (viewPhoto.php)
