Alumni Customization

We are using Dolphin to run a high school alumni website so we need a few of the features modified or removed.
The software has been installed and is running at:
http://choctawhighalumni.com/index.php

1. Remove "Rate" tab from navigation and all "rate" related features.

2. Join / Sign Up Form:
> Remove languages selections - default will be English.
> Remove "Looking for an age range" selection.

3. Control Panel (Members)
> Remove all "kiss" related items.
> Remove "search profiles" section.
> Remove all instances of "speedating" including the "Events" from the navigation area.

4. When user is online, the "nickname" appears for chat link. The Real Name of the member should appear instead.

5. Remove all "zodiac" instances.

6. Remove "Search" tab from navigation.
7. Make the following changes to the "Browse" feature:
> Class selection should be a drop-down.
> Remove "age" selection and "Country" selections.
