Make layout changes to website

Need someone to install dolphin and change the layout for my dating site. I will provide a layout for the dolphin software with .PSD files. Changes will be applied to all page layouts (like in passion template but different). I need profile content added in the sign-up section and in the "update profile" pages. I also like the boonex.us website but want to change the look and feel. My current site is www.datedash.com but want to add a lot of functionality.
