Need Dolphin Ray Chat Size Increased

I need someone to change the default chat size on my website from the current default of 11 points to a larger point size, this can be done on a user by user basis but the default can't be adjusted with the current settings. I want it to work like this: when a customer accesses our chat room the text should automatically be a larger size than the current default.
