Dophin modifications

I will give a brief description of what we need done to the basic installation of Dolphin. I have the site designed already, I just need it implemented with the modifications into Dolphin. Looking for examples of work. Thanks!

Main page
We need to be able to have the main page be a login or register screen only. Anyone not logged in should not be able to do anything or see anything on the site except the splash screen with the ability to log in or register.

Membership levels
We need to have various membership levels. We need to have a tiered system that allows basic members to see a couple of things, and then full members can see all features. We would also like add-on membership levels to allow access to specific sections.
Club only membership should only be able to see the calendar, modify their own account and basic information about the site and club including payment.
Site members will have access to everything.
We want to have additional “clubs” that site members can belong to (VIP, Supper Club, etc) that can have their own sections/information (maybe all under 1 tab?) that only members of those clubs can see. Members can belong to more than one club.

Membership accounts
Each account needs to have 2 sets of information. 1 set needs to contain personal information and a picture of each member for identification purposes. This set of information will only be accessible to admins and helpers. The second set is the main profile as it is written. We also need the ability to have singles, couples and triads for memberships.

Admin accounts
We need to have 1 main admin account that can do everything and we need to have “helper” accounts that can do searches of members, but have limited access and editing rights.
