Turn Presence into Action Plans and so on...

I have recently split my website into two different (directories) dolphins, for two different users (customer and supplier). This includes two individual dolphin scripts for each with a database for each.

Now I need either guidance or coding of new block formation and -
- Profile Block that includes total admin console control.
- Website Page with form builder, live chat, drawing board, spreadsheeting and image or video enlargements.
All these needs to be organised afterwards into both a linkable page and a email message that is sent to myself for editing.
- Would also like (lastly!) to be able to instantly see these plans within the admin console for approval before summiting to the site/s.
