Job Description

Ability to open Ray Chat in just a Flash Window which is resizable via drag from lower right corner. No HTML menus, etc, just clean, simple Flash window that can be resized to unlimited. Ability for user to select "Keep on top" so that the chat window would always be on top of any other open windows.
