Voice Chat Changes

Disable all talk capability in chat UNLESS a user presses a "TALK" button which would need to be added to the chat window, usually above the text input area. Addition of a "Hands Free" tic box to KEEP the talk button depressed for playing music or the like in a chat room. All sounds would by default be heard by everyone in a chat room WITHOUT the need to depress any speaker icons. Volume controls for both room volume and microphone volume, sliders that are user-adjustable to increase or decrease the sound levels in a room, as well as the ability to adjust their own mic volume while broadcasting. Volume level meters for both.
