So, to sum up, Chat is just a Nice Flash window, nothing more, that is resizable by the user.

Video windows can be undocked and resized to any size by the user. They can be redocked by the user. Opened by a single click of the cam image in the user list window.

Chat room voice feature enabled for anyone in the room, BUT user is only able to broadcast sound by depressing a TALK button which would then broadcast to everyone in the room. If one user has the talk button depressed, the ability for anyone else to talk is temporarily blocked until the User who has their talk button depressed releases it. Hands-Free mode enabled with a tic box the user selects. Volume level adjustments for both room volume and microphone volume with display meters showing volume levels.

These items can be bid on as a whole package, or just the individual parts.

While I am willing to pay for these features to be implemented in my code, since they are very common items in almost every other flash chat package out there, and those total packages range in price from $199 to $459, I don't think that the bids for this should be too exhorbitant. You just need look at how these features have been implemented in other popular packages to see what I want, so bid accordingly.
