Dolpin installation and Site creation

This project is divided in to two parts:

a. full installation of Dolpin with any changes required to made in our server (we have dedicated server) to make dolphin installation up and running.

b. Template and Logo creation:

Following are our expectations from the design:
i. major logo style we liked is attached (kindly redesign the concept)
ii. http://www.viceversacard.com/ is the site which amazed us the most by it color combinations and www.wayn.com for its layout.
iii. as in viceversacard.com we also need silver as our prominent color along with the colors from our logo (contrast colors).
iv. inside page layout something similar but not exactly like facebook.com.
v. colors theme should be soft.
vi. flash work touches also required.
Anything else can be done based on your design creative which can give our site a glow please do advice.
