Dolphin in European languages

We are looking for lang files. Every European language other than: English, German, Russian, Spanish, Italian.

Languages from post 2004 EU countries (Bulgaria, Estonia, Czech republic, etc.) are welcome.

We operate on a tight budget, because our site http://www.mypacis.eu/ has a social agenda and it is financed by donations. If you provide the lang files for free, we are going to aknowledge that on our blog http://blog.mypacis.com

If we have to pay for the files, we will pick ten words randomly and ask to a native speaker if they are OK, so please do not use automatic software for translations. If you use it, please let us know and we will buy the translation only if there is no other alternative.

One clarification: we know translating is hard work, and it is worth much more than 10-20 bucks. The ideal candidate for this job is someone who has already done a translation for his/her own site, and want to donate it or make some pocket money. Or someone who wants to sell to us and then to all other Expertzzz users, and make money on the quantity and not on the individual price.
