Job Description

I am looking to create a worldwide music club community website where users can add their profiles to clubs around the world. If the club does not exist the user can create the group. This is not a dating site but a site where old friends can be put in touch with lost members. Extra's where users can add photo's, music, video files etc to make the site more interative would be fantastic.

I look forward to any suggestions and bids.
