EMAIL MODIFICATION

The job I need completed is this:

Basically I would like a contact me link or button to be added to a members profile... The twist is that I would like ANYONE (Members,Non-Members,GUESTS, BASICALLY WHOMEVER COMES TO THE SITE) to be able to SEARCH A PROFILE...CLICK ON THE PROFILE.... then be able to click this link and it bring up a form or the compose.php form so that anyone can send an email to the member profile that they are on.....(basically the member id is hidden (which is normal anyways.. then there is a subject field... a return email address field (for the person sending the email to be contacted back at and a message field and a send button....) The member will recieve this email as normal (with the added information)

THE KEY IS I WANT EVEN A NON-LOGGED IN PERSON to be able to email the members..... and a contact me link/Button available on their profiles (which is tied to the email address they provide when they sign up or a second contact email field when they edit their profiles)

If you do a search (right now) and see a profile.. well there is a CONTACT Link which then prompts for you to sign in... I do not want anyone to sign in to use this feature... I just want anyone to email a member....

Can anyone help?
