implimentation and support

i want to set up a completely new community on my own servers. i want to use Dolphin 6 add free and the ray add free suite of products together with any other additional plugins i may wish. you must be able to demonstrate a previously installed site. you will provide ongoing support until such time as required. this is a low budget enterpprise where payments may be in kind in part or as a whole. I am open to suggestions. There is no hurry to get sarted on this project, but the sooner we can get sarted the better.
