Full Site Design and Modding

I need a Dolphin Guru to create a custom template, and change certain functionalities of the site. I need functionality similiar to cardomain.com, where people can post pictures of their vehicles. All references to people need to be changed to vehicles and all tables will be used to capture vehicle data, not personal data. (ie all references to sex should be eliminated or altered). For a skilled programmer, this should be pretty easy. I also need a custom template. A lot of artistic freedom will be given, but I want something with the same overall "feel" as the template posted. Work will be paid on a 25% deposit and 75% on satisfactory completion. If you are a great designer, but a lousy SQL/PHP programmer, feel free to bid on just the design portion. Or if you are a programming god, but suck at design, feel free to bid on that portion.
