Merge Membership from external site

I need someone to take info from signup from another site and export it to create Dolphin membership. Here is the EX: user visits Dolphin site, Join Now is linked to external site signup. But member info is transfered to Dolphin for Membership creation. I want to completely integrate the 2 sites together but that will come later if I find the right person to do it. Please do not bid on this if you are not very familiar with Dolphin6 script. Both sites can use the same database if needed and Fresh install of both scripts if needed. I need this done soon. Been waiting for awhile now.
