Job Description

I need the ability to upload images in Orca to the Forum. It would appear images can only be added from a URL yet can be uploaded in "Groups" which is Ajax as well. Doesn't make sense. Anyway, that's what I need. If I'm way low on my budget let me know. I really need this feture! :)
