Develop a 3rd party API connection to dolphin

We have a third-party compatibility analysis value that we want to connect to dolphin by API. We need team of two or more Dolphin expert programmers with a provable track record. The team should've already worked together before. They will work with our lead programmer to complete development of the API connection. Were estimating 30 days of full-time work based upon a 40 hour workweek for two programmers. A shorter time with a larger team. Work can begin as soon as our version 6 installation is fully functional. Compensation paid in percentages starting with 25% upfront, and then according to milestones until completion.
