Ray Suite Stand Alone Application

I am Active duty military and I recently returned from Iraq. While serving in Iraq I learned that it is very difficult to keep in contact with family friends and the good ways of communication are very expensive. I would like to set up a free text and video chat service for my fellow Service Members. A couple of issues that I am having is that I really would like the the service to have its own authentication system and be limited to just text and video chat. No Photos or profiles or anything. Just a place where Service Members can register log in and chat with their family and friends back home. A couple of things would be that I would like to have the script branded and I would like to have the Video portion of the window to be about three times the size as it is in the Ray Chat Module. I would like to have it where the user could simply log into the application and chat or they could also download a branded install package and run it from their personal desktop and both the web version and desktop version would work together. I would like to have a small log in module that I could include into other sites that we operate so that the user could log into the chat service from anyone of those sites via the log in module.
