Dolphin Search and Profile Configuration

I'm looking for someone who is an expert in Dolphin/Ray/Orca to help me set up and fixing a few things urgently. I want everything to run smoothly before the site is live. This whole process may take 2-4 weeks...maybe shorter if you know what you are doing..But I am willing to work with you and pay fairly and accordingly. I need an expert who will be available to talk/IM and not just email correspondence.

Things I need set up includes:

1)fixing and assuring search parameters work
2)adding new profile fields and making sure everything appears where they should appear
3)making sure the matching system works.
4)making sure all my Ray widgets and other addon's work
5)recommendations on what other programs/widgets needed to perfect the site and assist in the installation.
