Job Description

The 'News' section is important to my site, but ALL USERS should be able to contribute, not just the admin. Perhaps it is set up just like the 'Events' tab, where hovering over shows 'Add an Event' (but 'Add News' instead). Bottom line -- my users need a way to contribute to NEWS and the ability to add new News should be made more prominent. Thanks
