Speed Dating build out

Finish the speed dating functionality.
Have all fields on the public event listing populate.
Finish the function where participants indicate their preferred matches after the event.
Have those preferred match indications appear where already planned for in event admin.
Connect the messaging functionality in event admin for sending match e-mails after the event. (that the e-mail template already exists.)
Make speed dating events purchasable. (currently dolphin gives them away even if listed as a paid event.)
Make Participants List, behave according to the show or not show setting.
