Job Description

I need some one to do a custom css for my index and header. NOT the whole site. I have the design layout and graphics. If you are interested and you want to know more then let me know. I can send you the PNG of the layout I want and we can discuss it further before you bid. 75 - 90% of all work will be CSS based.
