need help install dolphin and modify a bit more

Please help..I need someone to help me install dolphin to start the social networking.

My primary intention is to create the alumni book, for school and universities.

I would like to edit a bit more on the personal profile ex : add more filed on the profile like school or university or which year are you graduated from.

and also the theme for the platform.

To be honestly i don't have any skill in programming or coding. I would appreciated to have your advices, what should be the best way for me to archive my goal.

Again, to be honest with you, i'm just a 4th year student in thailand university and i dont have a big budget to do this project, but please give me your price and also your offer, i will see what i can do.
