Job Description

Hi. If you look on this page http://graphicdesigncommunity.com/search.php - on my site's search page, it isn't working properly. I'm sure this is because I set it up wrong. But, I want people to be able to type in tags / keywords - such as 'design' and be able to see anyone who has that tag. But now, nothing comes up. In other words, I think right now, people have to select a country, employment status, tags, etc (everything) in order to get any results...when I think people should just have to click on one thing in order to get results. I hope this makes sense.
