transfer from phpgroupware to dolphin

Hi, We have been running a members are for a not for profit website using php groupware software, that has decided to die with the message, "no anonymous user accounts installed" What we require is someone who can fix this error firstly, (if possible) and then migrate our database to dolphin and make the necessary adjustments to removing the dating bits and pieces, adjusting the site stats bit to take off the stuff we will not use like videos, music and adding a file manager into it, so we can upload pdf documents for the members to download. we look forward to your responses.
