Job Description
I would like an added feature to the "manage forums" while logged in as admin.
A small "lock" icon, while next to a topic. If the admin clicks this lock the topic can no longer be replied to or edited.
In the display for a normal user the icon would have a small icon of a "lock" to let users know it is locked.
If they try to reply or edit a message displays "This topic is locked.".
