Groups Functionality Changes

Group Function Changes Necessary:

1. Members cannot create groups, only admins.
3. Group required fields of "city" and "country" must not be mandatory
4. A "number of members" limit must be employed per group. The default: 12 people and should be a setting specifc to that group (some can have more or less)
5. If a member is not a member of any group, they will be available in the “pool”.
6. Certain members will have a designation as a facilitator within the system (please recommend the best way to handle this - it can be as easy as having a separate type of subscription group they are a member of).
7. When an admin wants to establish groups there are three things that happen at the same time:
a. Admin clicks a button.
b. Each group that does not have a facilitator will be assigned a facilitator - selected from group-less pool members who are also designated as "facilitators".
c. Each group will have other "pool" members added to them until either (1) there are no more pool members OR (2) all groups have reached their capacity.
