Multiple Mods for January

I need multiple mods for adult site.

Billing mod needed...I want a duplication of www.rentboy.com. Billing is done by location. I already have what cities are going to pay what rate, just need a programmer who can make the details work.

Quicksearch and search mods...again see www.rentboy.com. Be able to search by drop down menu of cities where members are located.

Email mod...visitors to the site need to be able to mail the members and have a way for the member to reply...for instance have a place for them to type an email address for responses. Visitors do not need membership to contact members.

We have a deadline of January 15 for the site to go live.
