Dolphin Join Page Customization

Hi, I need a cusomization of Dolphin join page..The requirements are as follows:

--My site will be a business directory for lawyers. Lawyers will list their firm profiles and will be able to choose multiple practice areas.The will add their logo or lawyers photos..They will will be able to add a few lawyers profile under the firm profile..

--People who seeks lawyers will be able to contact with lawyer or law firms without login..Only lawyers will join and login to add profiles and change or update their profiles.

--Join page will be included legal categories. It is better for mu to make lawyers availble to offer or add new legal categories.

--Any posting to articles or blogs or forum pages will be depend on the admin approval..

--Search section will be customized according to join page. Category search will be added also.
