Custom Website

I am searching for someone to customize my website. It is going to be a myspace type website. I would like to change the look of my homepage. There are also about six pages that I would like html codes put on these pages so that I can upload videos as well as and area so that i can put custom text on both the top and the bottom of the pages. also I would like to have flash games loaded to this website. Last but not least one of the pages will be dedicated to to advertising. So i would like to have it to that the companies pics shows up, as well as a few hyperlinks. I would love to be able to have this done by the 1st of Feb but am willing to push the date back. Thanks in advance
