Dolphin Customizations

Looking for the following customizations done to my site.
1. Add in advanced search fields with the specific search criteria. In advanced search fields must be drop down menu or checkboxes. I will specify after the bid is won.
- Height
- Body Type
- Hair Colour
- Eye Colour
- Ethnic Background
- Religion
- Marital Status
- Smoking Habits
- Drinking Habits

2. Remove the option of visitors to send greetings to members. This should be for members to members only.

3. The default in advanced search is for a male to search a male. I would like the default to be Male to search for a Female.

4. When searching members through advanced search it shows the entire profile. I would like the description of the profile removed in the search result, and only display the Members Name, Headline, and statistics. i.e. Age, location, height, body type,ethnicity, religion etc...

5. Add a mod for changing the date of birth to the members Age in their profile. I have the script for this change, so its just a matter of adding it in the right place.
