By features, I mean I want my site to have a row of cities,states,countries on the side,where users can select what city they're near by, and have everything filtered to that area.. Well not everything ,just classifieds, and local events..all other items should be global..
NOTE:I need to have differnet meta tags for all areas, different page titles..
