Photo and video content filter

Basically i want a content filter.. Example When a visitor visits the website all adult content would be replaced with a standard picture. When a member logs in. Up at the top by their profile pic. Would be a content filter banner. With On Off buttons. Of course you would need the options in admin panel to mark photos and videos as adult content.
Example website would adultfriendfinder.com. Ideally the content filter banner would be green if off (show all content) Red if on( show no adult content). Also once a member turns on or off content filter the next time they join its the same ( on or off). Content filter has to work when member is using chat presense etc. I also plan on add advanced banner mod so basically when a user has content filter turned on I can run google ads. When filter is off i can run adult ads..
