Custom mods

I need a few mods for my site. I need another profile pic block for the profile page. I need to be able to give it a different title such as car pics. I also need another info box to put separate stats in with about 12 possible fields. I want to also have a contest on my homepage or a new page where members vote on photos that are uploaded and the results are tallied like a poll with number of votes and a percentage. I guess what I need is a new poll block that is able to have up to 10 photos that are voted on. I really would like two of these actually. I also think it would be better just to have these on another page titled contests with the top 3 results from them displayed on home page. I hope that is not to complicated. If another page is not possible. The homepage would be fine for now. I would ultimately like that the photos are member submitted and admin approves them and adds them to the block. I guess the rating system with the stars with a vote tally would work too. Let me know if any of this is possible and how much for each. A few other notes: I would like the information in the new info box to be able to be entered in on the join form and then displayed in the new info box. I would also like members to be able to search the top 3 items from new info box.
