Help needed f basic dating website wth dolphin

Hello, I am looking for somebody who can help me to install dolphin and create a basic dating website, in spanish. (I read somewhere there is a possibility to have dolphin in spanish, i can also help to translate myself, no problem) basically the site members should be able to create a profile, upload public and private pictures and send messages ( with private picture) to eachother, and I should be able to put some publicity banners on it. I have a layout from another website I have and would like to use it, as this new dating website would be used to create more traffic to the other one. I would take webhosting with lunarpages which is compatible. At the moment this would be all, later we could take about adding more things like chat or uploading videos, but these are future plans.
