Option to hide age and or location for members

I'm not sure if it would be possible or not, but I'd like to add an option (preferably via check-boxes on the Edit Profile page, but if a better or similar alternative is possible that would be acceptable) for members to have their age and/or location information (specifically, Country) "hidden" when viewed by other members. This information would need to be hidden anywhere it would appear on the site (Profile, Search Results, My Presence (Age), Chat, etc...).

The "hide Age" option is most important to me and if this can be done but not "hide location", that would be acceptable...please indicate this on your bid if so.
