Job Description
I need a complete new template, I want it to be fresh and crisp - Perhaps like the default one but something a little better. (Perhaps it should be made for the new dolphn when it is released.) Also I want all the countries changing to UK towns. List will be provided.

Also, fresh installation on my web servers and setup.
