Dedicated Programmer and Designer 3 days a week

I am looking for a dedicated PHP programmer + designer that can work with me 3 days a week for the next 30-60 days. This person can have programming + design skills or can be a two person team.

I have three web sites that need work. One is a social network built on Dolphin with customization. This site is already designed and the first phase is almost complete.

The second site is PHP with Flash a more basic site no networking components. This site has a design as well and is almost complete.

The third site is a basic blog in development.

Please bid on 25 hours a week of work. Example, so if you charge $10 an hour then bid would be $250 a week.

I require 30-minutes of chat via Skype in the mornings on Mon/Wed/Fri between 6:00-7:00AM Eastern Standard Time this is included in the hours so I pay to chat.

I will pay upfront your weekly fee as well if you wish.
