Fix Max Upload Size Issue

I have an ongoing issue with an inability to alter or adjust the size of video uploads past the 8 megs that it defaults to.

I have made numerous adjustments to .htaccess as per advice recieved here on Expertzzz. I have made adjustments in the admin panel to reflect the sizes entered into .htaccess.

The result is that I am able to alter the max size on MP3's but not on video uploads.

I paid a jerk named SocialCreation for a mod that was supposed to fix the issue and the prick took my money, didnt install the mod and he cancelled his Expertzzz profile.

I would like to have this fixed by someone who actually understand what the red pop up that says "UNDEFINED" means and knows how to fix it.

be reasonable, be honest and most importantly, dont respond to this unless you really know how to correct the issue.
