Template Design

URGENT *** URGENT *** URGENT
I need a a "template design".

I have it done it in in photoshop to show you how it should look like.

The most difficult part are probably these.

a. For the homepage: There are 3 columns at the top, 1 column in the middle and then 3 columns again at the bottom.

b. In the home page: Each of the media gallery boxes (photos, videos & music), will have a search form with
i. a text box
ii. a drop down box of categories (eg, eSASe's media categorization mod) and of course a button that says search.

c. Also on the homepage: There will be a next button that will scroll through more media within the box.

Besides that the rest are visual elements that can be done through the css and other files.

We needed this done 2 weeks ago. So if you can work fast and are confident about your programming knowledge of Dolphin 6.3 then please contact me immediately.

I have tons of other work that are also pretty urgent.

Again it's very urgent and I would like to get started ASAP.
