evite like event invitations and RSVP

1) A Group admin can create an event
2) a group admin can invite group members to an event
3) an event member can invite friends to an event
4) an event member can invite email addresses or facebook friends to an event (I have invite center by dadniel)
5) an event admin can email event members
6) an event admin can specify event rsvp criteria: yes/no/maybe, response text, things to bring, carpooling, etc.
7) members invited to an event rsvp yes/no/maybe etc. (I've already coded this much in my site, hazula.com )
8) non members can respond, like on evite, with the response tied to a column with their email
9) when a non member with a email that has responded registers, their responses in the sdatingparticipants table is updated with their member #.

So, basically
1) event members can invite site members or friends from an address book
2) members response is tied to members ID, non-members response is tied to an email (they don't need to necessarily register), but is later updated with member ID when they register
3) event admin can customize optional RSVP fields beyond yes/no/maybe and response Text

what do you think? I think it'd be a great way to get people to the site.
question: my hosting allows 1000 sendmail emails a day. If I try to send more, will they automatically be split over two days? I have godaddy.
